SYWF Amateur Boxing Rules

• All Bouts are 2 X 1 min. Rounds

• 12oz Boxing Gloves & Standard Boxing Rules for striking

•   Elimination tournament - 4 Weight Classes

• No Pros Just Average Joes

SYWF Amateur Mixed Martial Arts Rules:

• Must be trained in a Martial Art

• Elimination tournament - 4 Weight Classes

• Bouts are 1 X 3 min. Round

• 30 second ground rule

• No Knee or Elbow Strikes to the head
